Big O Tires

Jared was friendly and got my car in and out in about 20 minutes to fix a screw in my tire. I'll be using Big O for all my tire needs from now on.

Picked up a nail, called, had my car in the bay in 15 minutes, out of there 20 minutes later?

They checked my tires, determined there was no leak, filled them to proper pressure, and reset my computer, all for free. What a store and what nice people!

Tremendous helpful service

Every time I go to the Surprise, AZ location on Waddell, they treat me right. This time was no exception. Initially I had called with an issue with a rear passenger brake. When I arrived, they took all my info and then took the car out for a road test. They then determined what the actual issue was, how they were going to fix it, and the price. It was actually less of a problem than I had thought before, and the price was obviously cheaper too to fix. This always makes customers happy. But the point I'm trying to make here is that they actually took the time to look into the issue and determine the appropriate action instead of telling me "we don't hear anything" which is what I got from my dealership. This noise has been ongoing for over a year and a half. One trip to Big-O Tires and the problem was fixed. This is why I return to this location for services all the time.

I am done with the Honda dealership, now that I know Big O can do everything that Honda can. Big O pricing is fair and I do not feel I am being taken advantage of like I did at the Honda dealership.
