Big O Tires

Jonah was so helpful in answering all of my questions. Jeff was a super friendly face at the front desk. Had an amazing experience. Called and they ordered the tires right away and said they could get the tires the next day, they immediately changed them the next day and only recommended services I NEEDED. sometimes feel like some places just try to sell you on all their upgrades/services. Not here! Absolutely pleased and loved my experience!

They were prompt in getting the car into the bay and changing the tire. They were friendly and courteous and polite.

The work to be completed was completely explained to me prior to my agreeing to have the work done. There was a need for a minor additional part but this was made available in enough time to stay on schedule for job completion. There was also a code that came up on the dashboard so I returned to have it checked. It was thoroughly explained by the tech and as he had told me it would it cleared itself after some short drive time. All in all everyone was very attentive to my needs and as you already know I will return again for my other service needs as they arise.

The service was very quick and complete. The only problem was when I scheduled online I got a call from the store saying they didn't have that time available. It was not a problem.

Every time I visit this store I am treated with respect. This is important because I am a single (I guess elderly) woman who could easily be taken advantage of. This never happens. They take care of my car and go over everything and advise me what might be needed in the future. There is no pressure and no surprises. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

I have a show car. When I arranged the appointment I wanted the technicians to follow my instructions explicitly. I had 5 technicians working on my car to replace the original tires at the same time. The work was accomplished quickly and with great care for my car.

The wait time was minimal to have my tires rotated and balanced. I really liked that!
