The sales staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. They were also friendly and greeted me the second I entered the sales floor. The sales staff clearly explained Big O's policies and procedures. The sales floor was neat, well displayed and clean. The back shop was neat and clean also.

There was an issue with scheduling an appointment online to which I was called to reschedule in another week. I was not happy that such an issue came up, however, it was made right when the store manager was able to schedule my oil change for the same day. I was very satisfied with the solution and inconvenience corrected.

I was checked in immediately upon my arrival by Jeff who I had spoken to a few minutes before on the phone. I needed a new fan belt for A/C and alternator. Jeff gave me an all inclusive price in just minutes ($116.00) I felt that was a fair price. Jeff also told me that the mechanic found that the A/C compressor had a tendency to seize and the belt might malfunction. He gave me a price for redoing the A/C of around $1,500. No high pressure but complete info. If the belt presents as a problem in the future, I will likely go to Jeff again and do the big job. (Can't afford it right now.) I was only there for about 20 - 25 minutes. Very fast service. I was very pleased.

Big O Tires has very reasonable pricing and timely completion of their work. I have never been disappointed with their professional and friendly interactions with customers. They do a thorough inspection of the auto when completing their agreed upon work. I am never disappointed with their work.

Excellent service

Was able to walk in with out an appointment and get my tire changed in under 2 hours. I had the warranty plan so tire only cost me $30.00! Working with Tom was easy and a pleasure.

Great Atmosphere, All-Around

I am new to the area so I was not familiar with the services offered. I first called and spoke with “Jeff” and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. When I went into the office, the other staff were equally helpful, courteous and service was awesome.

Friendly and welcoming counter staff. My car was ready when they said it would be. Explained everything they did. Reasonably priced too.
