They hooked me up with a 4 for 3 deal for tires as well a free adjustment. Will most likely be coming here from now on due to the great customer service they showed me.

They found the special tires I needed and found them fast. They gave me the opportunity to come in same day but I had to wait until next morning which was fine with me.

I’ve gone to many other shops for oil changes and tire rotations and they have always said something was wrong with my vehicle and upon inspection it turns out it was either a lot less serious that what was said or it was nothing at all When I came to Big O Tires the costumer service was great the updates were great and I appreciated that I wasn’t hassled about other maintenance that the vehicle needs but rather posted it as a recommendation on the list that was sent via text
