I went to Big O for the first time about six months ago for 2 new tires and had outstanding customer service from Terrance. I knew I would go back. I went back in the summer when it was really hot outside because I had a nail in the tire. Even though they were extremely busy they took care of my tire right away. I was in and out. Customer service an A+. A couple of weeks ago I was planning a trip out of state and wanted to get my car serviced and tires rotated. I knew I wanted to go back because of the excellent customer service from the service guys and especially because of Terrance. He is awesome. A keeper! I will definitely be back!

Second time using this location and both times it was a great experience. I just want to thank. Isaiah and Dorian for going above and beyond during my last visit.

Scheduling online was very easy. Additional services required were explained well. Completed before estimated time. Quick checkout. Friendly, efficient employees. Isaiah was professional & courteous throughout.

The only small complaint I have is that there were grease smudges left on the inside of the car as well as on the wheels following the replacement of my tires. I should leave with a car cleaner that I brought it.

The guy that helped me at the front was professional and friendly. I brought my suv in because I had a flat tire that I needed to get fixed. It felt great to be able to just leave my vehicle there and then come back in a few hours before they closed and picked it up. My tire was fixed and I was on my way. Zero hassle aside from getting the flat tire itself.

Clean work and also finishing up on time . For sure I’ll go on my nexts visit
