Each time I’ve visited has been a very decent experience. I count on them to know what to do and how to do it, whatever my request. The workers, clerks and techs are always super-friendly with good advice and manners.

I have been dealing with big O for over 20 years and I trust them with my cars of which I have had many. Some of them are unique and imports and if there was ever a problem with what was being done they have always made it right. Their prices are within market values and I have purchased dozens of tires from them over the years, of all types and sizes. I am a satisfied customer of Big O Tires.

Due to had to wait for the guy to come back and drop off another vehicle. After he was working on my vehicle and had it jacked up and tire off and his supervisor made him stop doing what he was doing on my vehicle and drop that vehicle off to another store. This is bad service and wont come back.

The website says they close at 3 pm and the lock the doors at 2:50. Very upset and will not go back.

My teenage son stopped in for help with a noise under the car. I had already had him check each wheel and look for anything loose. Big-O Tires put it on a lift and found some things to tighten and sent him on his way for the two hour trip home. After leaving the Tire shop, he got ten miles out of town and the front tire comes off at 65MPH!!! Thinking they would take responsibility and help him out, he called them for help. A guy came out to take a look but claimed they never touched the tire and just left him on the side of the road. So... the Tire shop never checked the wheels, tires, lugs, bearings or brakes when a car came to them with noises under the front end???!! I'm pretty sure I know what really happened but at the very least they didn't even touch the basics of what a tire shop does. Thank the Lord the kid didn't get hurt and thankfully at least AAA is responsible and knows how to do their job properly. This used to be my go to shop in Payson. I've given them my business on several occasions. Never again!

Had a appointment for The monsoon service special, waited a half hour, then was told the owner of the store does not honor that special.Sounds like bait and switch, get you in there and say "sorry about that".The manager was courteous and explained it was the owners decision.

on my way up to payson had a puncture in sidewall they were Very friendly and accepted my tire warranty
