I needed a rear tire checked for a slow leak. Got to Big O on Monday morning and was told there would be a lengthy wait to have the tire checked. I agreed and just kept myself busy. Within 10 minutes, Mike, a gentlemen I had worked with before on an issue with my motorhome, had my car in the service bay and the repair was done and I was on my way! Have dealt with the Big O store, mine is in Scottsdale, on several occasions and would recommend this location in a heartbeat!

We've been to several Big-O shops. Two really stand out 1) Show Low: terrible cust service, not timely, was lucky if they answered the phone, had the truck (our work truck) for days (including over the weekend because the "Didn't Get To it today" 2) and the one in Payson: lee-anne, Justin and Chris are the best.!!

I would highly recommend the Big O Tires. I was stranded with a broken down vehicle in Payson AZ. My repairs were extensive and the team at Big O did a fantastic job on vehicle repairs.

The staff was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and communicated the process and pricing in a clear and concise manner. Making the appointment was easy, they were ready for me when I arrived AND my vehicle was ready before their estimated time (it was done early).

An overall great experience. The manager helped a great deal and will hopefully be calling soon to let me know about a warranty I should be getting from Cooper Tires.
