I have used the services here multiple times and I always come back for the same reasons; 1. Excellent customer service 2. Any repair or maintenance I go in for is always done efficiently and in a timely manner 3. I have never had to wait longer than an hour and a half for my maintenance request filled. If I am told an "about an hour and a half"� it is usually done in an hour. I will continue coming back!

Although the invoicing of my multiple tire purchase had an issue that had to be augmented, overall, my experience with Big O Tires at this South Scottsdale location was above expectations. They've earned my tire business.

Efficient, friendly and professional.

Considering the new front tires were mounted on the wrong side of the car(which had to be corrected), and the fact that the technicians DID NOT cover my driver's seat to prevent oil in my interior(or on my steering wheel) didn't make me too happy. But, the restroom was incredibly clean, the waiting area and store were incredibly clean, and the staff(Jeremy) was a pleasure to deal with. That said, I have also ordered two new rear tires to match the brand I recently chose for the front. Thank you.
