Big O Tires

Person who serviced the car forgot to reset the service announcement. It is still telling me I need to service it!

The guy that has been there recently, educates me on what I need to keep my car going.

I've been going to this Big O tire store before they were in business in this location and I still keep coming back even though I no longer work nearby and it's not really convenient for me. They always take good care of my vehicles and good work.

Always professional and a quality job.

Just an other oil change. This store knows me, so the questions above don't really apply... I already have credit, they know they did the alignment, and I got parked and into the store before they had a chance to 'greet me at the car'. In and out quick, as it should be, I will be back again for the next oil change or major repair if needed.

I USE THEM EVERY TIME I NEED AN OIL CHANGE. GREAT!!

The Scottsdale staff took care of me and my car right before I had to deploy. They advised me on how to properly to take care of my car and wished me luck on my future deployment overseas. Great staff! Great Store! Highly recommend to all!

would have given 5 stars except they ordered the wrong tire for me and I had to wait a few hours for new tire to come in. Once it did come however they replaced it immediately. Simple mistake, otherwise good service.

Needed tires and a new place for general service of my vehicles on an ongoing basis, one that is closer to my home (Current garage is over 30 miles away!). Stopped in and got an oil change on my SUV. I liked what I saw and how I was treated, so I returned in my sedan for tires and an oil change as well. Looks like I've found a new place for service.

Wasn't told how my oil looked during change. And if Any thing else was found during.I hope I got the oil changed!

Usually when I walk in a tire or auto repair shop that's busy, I seem to be a bother to the staff. "We can't get to it until tomorrow" or something like that. This visit was great. The rep said he would take a look and get back to me. Checked the tire and did an alignment check. It did need an alignment but they performed it, and let me know when it was ready. They also took my payment over the phone so I could pick up car after hours. Nice job!

I went in for a $16.95 oil change, walked out at $124. My fault for not rementioning my coupon, I had it in the notes of my online appointment. As a single mom that is jobless, this cut into my sons Christmas. I said no to a service and he did it anyway but gave me a "discount"�. I've been crying over an oil change since!

I have had a LOT of work done here. They are always friendly and fair.

Super nice staff and store, but I got my tires rotated and they are all now low on air... I wish they would have checked before returning it.

Thank you Justin, Jason and all the guys at the McDowell & Miller store. All the guys there were absolutely great with helping me with the problems of my vehicle. A BIG kudos to them. The end result is having to purchase a new car as my old Buick Rendezvous could not be fixed. Without their assistance however, I would have spent too much money on repairs. I will definitely return for any services necessary. Even oil changes. I cannot say enough good about the customer service these guys have given me. If you need any kind of service with reasonable charges, go to them. They are the best I have found. THANK YOU!!
