I have been dealing with the Big O tire on Valencia and Silver Bell for several years and always enjoyed dealing with their entire staff. I have never felt pressured to buy one product over another. They always give me options and let me decide which tires would be best for my needs and budget. I would recommend using them for your needs.

I thought that the wait was a bit long for being one of the first customers at opening, but the staff was all very friendly, especially the young man who led the front desk, he makes it worth coming to Big O

I've been bringing my cars here for the past 10 years for all of my repair work and tires. They have always been honest and friendly. I always felt I was getting the best service and they have always been fair. I've never had a bad experience at this Big O shop.

We were greeted very nicely service was quick, have other issues with my car and i have been scammed before hope i can get just what i need to get my car running better.

I needed my tire checked for a screw I noticed in my tire and also needed my battery changed. They got my vehicle in right away and I was done in 1/2 hour and on my way.

The guys there were very helpful and informative. Also didn't try to sell me things I didn't need.

excellent service just moved to Arizona and was not sure about getting service for my truck. I had 2 flat tires fixed here , so decided to give them a try they did a very professional job at a reasonable price could not ask for more
