We were driving through town on our way from PHX to San Diego when our brakes went out with our whole family in the car. Thankfully it was at an uphill offramp. We had the car towed here and hoped that we wouldn't be taken advantage of due to our situation. You know it's a bad industry when that's your first thought. However, the people at this location were understanding, friendly, and professional. We rented a car to continue our vacation as the part for repair had to be special ordered but when we came back later in the week, the car was fixed and we were charged a fair price (same as quoted) for the service provided.

Quick service not requiring an appointment. Changed oil and fixed tire that was leaking and took old battery I was needing to get rid of.

My experience at Big O was awesome I went there without a appointment to ask about a alignment I told them I had just put a ball joint on drivers side planning on doing more to my car they looked it over made sure it was safe and did the alignment to make sure my new tires were not destroy . So thank you so much for the service I will be back in month to have it done again after more parts come in.

Chet is very concerned about his customers. Even went out of his way to make sure everything went smoothly in the shop.

Came in with a completely flat tire and was very distressed as was on my way to an appt. Called my boyfriend to come to Big o to get problem fixed as I’d had to get a ride right away from friend I called. Erick Cervantes helped us out any way he could to make this stressful situation easier on us and in a timely manner and before they closed. We were leaving town very early next morning. They didn’t have the exact tire we needed but found one that would work. We both were so very impressed with this young man and Big O tire. Kudos to your business for excellent customer service and thank you again Erick!
