The tires are exactly what I wanted, and Will was very professional in helping select them. My mixed review is due to the fact that the truck was returned to me without air conditioning, which had been working very well before it got some mechanical maintenance by Big O. Will said that something might have been left disconnected when the belt and tensioner were installed. It's a significant inconvenience for me to get the truck back right now in to see what is going on, but we will need to follow up after my two upcoming trips. This trouble confirms the reservations I had about having mechanical work done by a tire shop. but again, everything to do with tires was very satisfactory.

I came in seeking information on what I would need done, alignment, wheels, etc. The staff was very informative in detail about everything that would be needed and I always appreciate a good breakdown for what I’m putting money into.

I use this Big O every 3,000 miles for both my cars. I have coupons that I receive from going to D'Back's games and that's what started me coming.

I explained why I was there, what I wanted done, they noticed my tires were worn due to alignment issues, I explained I will replace them just not right away and they didn’t push me further but suggested they would replace them with the best price they could find, very friendly very straightforward

I was happily satisfied the team said I needed new tires instead of a patched tire. Also that my front tires were balder than the guy in the office James I think his name was as he removed his hat stating the baldness.

Customer Service as it should be. Courteous, helpful & expedient with car service. Very pleased.

Will the Sales Associate was friendly and knowledgeable

I am not very happy with Big O's quality of tire. I purchased a new tire on September 28th and had to get it repaired within 2 months due to a nail...less than one month later the same tire was flat. I was told that there were 5 nails in the tire. I just find that very interesting and can only believe that the quality of the tire that I received was not great. I've never had this issue with a brand new tire before. I was given a replacement tire but was charged for mounting and balancing. I have no real issue with that however, I would think that within 90 days of purchase I shouldn't have to pay anything. Hopefully the new tire is of better quality. Customer service was fine. It would be nice if they were more knowledgeable about the tire protection plan.

your guy Will was great. Had a screw in my tire (unrepairable) so he aired it up so I could drive to my dealer. BTW the tire was discontinued but he could get one. Lexus on the phone wanted to have me wait for two not the same tires. Turned around and called will. He ordered the tire and called me when it showed up. Drove over and in and out in under an hour. I will be back when I need all four. Will made my day. Courteous and polite looked after me. regards MArtha Morris
