Overall, they were friendly and welcoming. Before when I would come into the location I would be brushed off it would be super long waits or I couldn't get into her service.

I did need 1 brand new tire Friday, balance and mount as well. Rep Jeremy took care of the car. The front 2 tires are from Big O! All my tires are 90% good he said, so I'm in good shape!

It was easy choice for me, they open early and I work down the street. I drop off in morning, went back to pick up on my lunch break. My wife's car was ready to go. Will be back soon Thanks Big O..

Great place and fast for oil changes!

Front desk/tech with tattoos was the kindest, most helpful individual. I was running late and got in around 5:58pm to pick up my one tire, as I was driving on my spare. I knew they were just about to close so I wanted to just pick up my tire and leave, but he asked for my keys and still installed the tire on my car even though it was past 6pm. Due to this excellent service, I will continue to come back here because I know I will be taken care of. Thank you so much! One act of kindness can make a world of difference:)
