The staff at the Big O Tires was very friendly and was kind to their customers. They communicated with me with what they planned on doing with my car and explained the price. I will be going back to this Big O Tires.

Front desk/tech with tattoos was the kindest, most helpful individual. I was running late and got in around 5:58pm to pick up my one tire, as I was driving on my spare. I knew they were just about to close so I wanted to just pick up my tire and leave, but he asked for my keys and still installed the tire on my car even though it was past 6pm. Due to this excellent service, I will continue to come back here because I know I will be taken care of. Thank you so much! One act of kindness can make a world of difference:)

Very good customer service since day one. I have four vehicles to use in my household along with two utility trailers all with Big O tires. Other car maintenance, oil changes & spot jobs are handled with great enthusiasm, and in a timely manner. My kids(4 of 'em all adults) know of my choice when it comes to tire service and overall car care, Big O.

Big O tire service at Rural Rd. & Broadway has been very good experience in all service aspects of customer satisfaction in a prompt effective resolution. I have been a long term customer and I own & drive four different cars-trucks & sedans. Always happy with results of car service.

Have brought our vehicles to tis location for years and are always satisficed with service. Sometimes they forget the widow sticker but it is never a problem. Pete is terrific.
