Even though I no longer live in Tempe, I will continue to come back and to the store, Justin and Peter are great and will is the best by far! He knows me by name, he remembers my car, he's got an incredible personality and is also very knowledgeable, great guy.

James had great customer service, he kept us updated on the vehicle process. He went above and beyond to get both cars done the same day.

I don't have much time, so all I'll say is .........quick, courteous, knowledgeable, helpful......and no pressure.

James is knowledgeable and patient. He answered all my questions, was helpful, kind and friendly. It was a pleasure to do business with him. Then when I came in to have the tires replaced everything went smoothly and in a reasonable amount of time.

I was vary happy with my experience with BigO there in Tempe. Living in CA and having daughters attending ASU there in AZ has its challenges... I must say having a service, alignment and installation of new tires on the girls car was not one of them. I dealt with Jaramie over the phone with great service and follow through.,I indicated what we wanted done, had my daughter make an appointment convenient for both and low and behold, all work completed in a timely manner at a vary competitive price. With another 3 years with girls attending ASU, BigO in Tempe is now part of our family. Thank you BigO. JT

My car had broken down. It was towed to Big O at the recommendation of the tow driver. We were met in the parking lot by James. For the duration of that visit, we were treated like royalty. Dr. Pete was amazing. Everyone was amazing! My car was ready the same day - in hours. I'm so grateful to Big O. There were several problems with my Jeep that I was unaware of. I was not oversold. I am confident that I can drive my Jeep from Phoenix to Tempe regularly without fear. Love them!!

Just picked up my 08 xterra from this shop. Got a tune up, replaced ignition coil (service engine light was on) and an oil change. It was running pretty rough. I am really excited about how smooth and nice it is running now...better than when I bought it 3 years ago. It took about 2 days which is shorter than what I was expecting considering how busy it was. Eddie and Terrence were great to work with! Thanks, Guys!

I went in for an alignment and oil change. I was told an alignment wasn’t needed and was provided the sheet stating so. Could have easily been told an alignment was completed and charged me for it, but instead he came out saying, “good news”!
