My car had broken down. It was towed to Big O at the recommendation of the tow driver. We were met in the parking lot by James. For the duration of that visit, we were treated like royalty. Dr. Pete was amazing. Everyone was amazing! My car was ready the same day - in hours. I'm so grateful to Big O. There were several problems with my Jeep that I was unaware of. I was not oversold. I am confident that I can drive my Jeep from Phoenix to Tempe regularly without fear. Love them!!

I went in for an alignment and oil change. I was told an alignment wasn’t needed and was provided the sheet stating so. Could have easily been told an alignment was completed and charged me for it, but instead he came out saying, “good news”!

All of the staff at Big O are awesome, have a great sense of humor, and make the wait totally enjoyable.

Big O Tires is my go-to place for servicing my vehicle. They know me at the Rural Road location and they always take care of me. I made the mistake of taking someones advice (in a desperate situation) to go elsewhere for this particular incident when I was on my way to Big O. Lesson learned. I will not do that again.

Friendly prompt service

After researching tire reviews, the tires I decided on were carried only by Big O. They had four in their warehouse locally. Jeremy at the Tempe Big O was able to arrange for their delivery and installation within a day's time and at a convenient time of day for me. The cost was reasonable; I didn't have to wait long while they were installed. While I waited, I was able to use their Wi-Fi at the store, which helped me keep up with work . I will probably use Big O in the furure. I do have a Costco membership, but Big O had the product I needed, and made it convenient and painless for me.

Pete Garippa and the rest of the staff were wonderful at replacing and performing some much needed service on my 2008 Toyota Camry! This was my 3rd opinion on things that needed to be done, so I was very pleased that Pete and the staff were 100% honest and reasonable with the price I paid for servicing my Camry here at this Big O center!

After an oil change I asked for a pin to secure the hood scraping on my tire, one of the guys ran out immediately and put on in for me

Great service

I made an appointment and expected the wait to be less than what it was. After determining what was needed and I approved, I was told it would be an hour wait, which was acceptable. I walked around the corner and got a pizza, ate 2 slices and gave the rest to the Big O workers as I was thankful for their working on my vehicle. However, the wait was actually close to 2 hours. I have white hair, am a senior citizen, but I do work full time. When I checked out, I was asked, "What are you going to do the rest of the afternoon?" as if I had nothing better to do than spend my time waiting for my car. I replied that I needed to get back to work ASAP and try to catch up for the time I lost waiting here. They said, "Thank you for your patience" and I said, "No problem. Only the main tech thanked me for the pizza, which I appreciated, too.

The customer service at this store cannot be beat. I have purchased tires for all of my cars here for the last several years and I would never go anywhere else. They take care of me. I am buying a house 39 miles from here but this is where I will go if I need more tires. It is worth the distance to travel. They did my wipers, oil change, tires and even checked to make sure a snake was not stuck under my car for me. I always tell people about Big O on Rural Rd. Jeremy and his team are the best. I would love it if you could give them an award or a raise or even more. They deserve it.

They did a very good job.

I had a battery that was past the 3yr full replacement but I received the proration and made it a good value all done in about 1/2 hour and on my way.
