Great service and I recommend this shop!

I appreciated the customer service that James provided prior to dropping off my car and the follow up he provided throughout the day, tire options for my vehicle, and general friendliness.

Don Cataura(sp?) is awesome. He always makes things so easy when I come into Big O. Everyone did an awesome job! :)

Big O Tires is my go-to place for servicing my vehicle. They know me at the Rural Road location and they always take care of me. I made the mistake of taking someones advice (in a desperate situation) to go elsewhere for this particular incident when I was on my way to Big O. Lesson learned. I will not do that again.

I had an unexpected flat tire and was able to get into the store for service quickly. It was determined that it was a side puncture and could not be repaired. But I was able to get new tires thanks to the very helpful assistance of James Troy at the front desk.

After researching tire reviews, the tires I decided on were carried only by Big O. They had four in their warehouse locally. Jeremy at the Tempe Big O was able to arrange for their delivery and installation within a day's time and at a convenient time of day for me. The cost was reasonable; I didn't have to wait long while they were installed. While I waited, I was able to use their Wi-Fi at the store, which helped me keep up with work . I will probably use Big O in the furure. I do have a Costco membership, but Big O had the product I needed, and made it convenient and painless for me.

Always a great experience when I come in. Everyone is helpful.

Pete Garippa and the rest of the staff were wonderful at replacing and performing some much needed service on my 2008 Toyota Camry! This was my 3rd opinion on things that needed to be done, so I was very pleased that Pete and the staff were 100% honest and reasonable with the price I paid for servicing my Camry here at this Big O center!

Will communicates well with customers present and over the phone. he is polite and well mannered. The tech's are thorough however they should wet wipe the steering wheel after services are complete. The service is not quick which means they are working, i don't spend more than an hour and half during my wait time. I have been a long time customer of Adam's shops (2006). I trust them.

I go there for all my car care issues. The staff is incredible friendly. Service is always top quality.

The customer service at this store cannot be beat. I have purchased tires for all of my cars here for the last several years and I would never go anywhere else. They take care of me. I am buying a house 39 miles from here but this is where I will go if I need more tires. It is worth the distance to travel. They did my wipers, oil change, tires and even checked to make sure a snake was not stuck under my car for me. I always tell people about Big O on Rural Rd. Jeremy and his team are the best. I would love it if you could give them an award or a raise or even more. They deserve it.

I do not remember his name, but the gentleman with the shaved hair and Long beard was insanely kind and very amiable. He did not make me feel uncomfortable or push aggressive upsell of products. he asked me about my day and seemed genuinely kind. I will come here despite any negatives

I had a battery that was past the 3yr full replacement but I received the proration and made it a good value all done in about 1/2 hour and on my way.

Being treated as an actual customer was great!
