Big O Tires

Great service and wait time and very nice people. Only complaint is that the women's restroom was very dirty which is probably expected at an all male employee tire shop.

My 18 year old daughter at ASU (away from home in California) has come to Big O on Rural Road on several occasions for her tire light being on and needing nitrogen and and again today because of a loud knocking noise from the rear of her car. Every time she is has been given excellent and efficient customer service. I am grateful Big O is near her school and everyone has been great at helping her, especially when she cannot always express what's wrong with the car. As her mother, you are truly appreciated and I am extremely grateful for your service!

I have visited this store several times. James takes care of my check in and keeps me informed. The prices and the quick turnaround times are what keeps me going to Big O .

Again, as before it's been a pleasant experience with Big O Tire service. Peter and his staff have excelled in their customer service. I am a repeat customer. There are many vehicles I have brought in to be serviced by Big O Tire shop at 2020 South Rural Road, Tempe. I own five vehicle and all five have been to Big O. Thank you for your business.

The Employees mostly Management will be the main reason I will return to Tempe @ Rual & Broadway location. The location @ McDowell & Miller Scottsdale have a hard time opening according to business hours posted….
