Big O Tires

My interaction with Jerome was excellent. He followed up on ordering the tie from Northern California and then checked to see if he a a used that I could use while we waited for the tire to arrive on Mon. He did everything to try to help me. The only problem that I had was the new tire was inflated properly. I stopped an inflated the tire to the correct pressure and it is fine now.

Excellent service from the start. Mike (aka baby 👶 face) was courteous and professional.

Staff is friendly and knows what there doing. Did not meet there expected time for the job though that they quoted. But still got the job done well

I didn't have an appointment and they got me in right away. The service didn't take any more than 30 minutes. The staff was very friendly. I will definitely recommend Big o tires to my friends and family.

Took longer to accomplish than said it would, but I did not have an appointment. Two hours is too long to wait for a oil change. Otherwise was pleasant. I had come back for a oil change after a previous bad experience some time ago. This time was better but still in a wait and see attitude. Probably will be back.

I was very satisfied with this location as the employees were very helpful in letting me know the state of my vehicle and what other needed changes I had to make for my vehicle to run smoothly. I was also generously given a military discount and I was surprised. I was about to pay when the associate said it’s no issue. Wow, it amazes me that people still care for service members when sometimes people scoff at me for being in the military.

The mechanic was communicative and thorough which made up for the extended wait time although I had called ahead. Overall, I am satisfied with the quality of work completed.

Will took great care of me, although I took 2 vehicles in for oil changes, typically tire rotation and fluid top offs accompany this service. On the 1st vehicle, after leaving I noticed low tires, called the store and asked if they rotated, where they in turn replied, "didn't know you wanted it done." So I REQUESTED on the 2nd vehicle to plz rotate and air. I put trust in your/my mechanics to take care of my needs. Was disappointing, although will return.

The guys who worked with me were very friendly and highly knowledgeable. They communicated everything they saw was important. They made sure the information was accurate. Very helpful

I would first like to say that this is not a reflection on the service advisor but of the technician that worked on my vehicle. I went in to get tires balanced earlier this week, which when I left shook the car violently. Was told I could come back and get them fixed, due to work schedule, it has not happened. I was told that the technician found that the struts and shocks were leaking and that the mounts were bad. All wrong. I used to work at a dealership and independent shop for several years working on only Volvo. I happen to only own those and do all the work I can with my tools, with the expedition of tires and alignments. The parts I was told needed replacement had less than 20K miles on them and were perfectly fine. I promptly drove the shaking car home once I started to experience the shake around 50+ MPH lifted the car and took all the wheels off to inspect the suspion. All bone dry and mounts intact. I am not the average owner and almost weekly do a pretty thorough inspection of my vehicles. They may not always be in perfect condition, but I am well aware of the issues they have. None of which were even addressed or brought to my attention. My vehicle does clearly need lower control arm ball joints, bushings and outer tie rods. I have the parts already on the way as I would be doing that myself. None of this was mentioned. Only 'issue' mentioned was bad shocks, struts and mounts, which are perfectly fine and working as they did 20K miles ago when new. So basically this shop has at least one scamming technician that I would not let balance my tires or do anything else on my vehicle ever.

The staff was extremely helpful and work to get my vehicle completed in a timely manner. The shop was very clean and inviting with comfortable seating. A very pleasant and enjoyable experience.

This business did not practice any type of Covid 19 procedures or follow any policies. Not one single employee was wearing a mask, car did not get sanitized, and this Big O prices are higher than all other Big O's. Why is that?

Quick and easy, friendly service, good value

Terrible was told they will call when my ford ranger arrived by tow,no phone call, told they will call with update, one phone call was a hang up they could not be bothered to leave a message. Claimed anti theft device had to be replaced , pricing for everything was far higher than Ford, had it towed to Ford instead, very rude, demeaning attitude,won't go back
