I came in on a Tuesday asking about getting two new tires and needed a rear wheel stud replaced. I was told this was no problem and I would bring it in Thursday, apparently it was first come first serve, no appts. I brought the vehicle in at 830 am. Was called and told tires were on, just be a little wait for the stud to be replaced at 0953 am. I checked back every 2 hours after that to find my vehicle hadn't moved from its spot in the parking lot. I asked and was told some vehicles needed emergency service bumped mine back. Mine was finally moved into the shop at 430 pm. Not only was I treated like the least important customer of the day, but had the priviledge of paying $100 more then the initial estimate.

The service was excellent-as I expected! That is why I waited until I was back in the area to have the service done on my Lexus!

How do you forget to put on the oil cap on a vehicle? My motor was covered in oil. Who knows what would have happened to my vehicle if I didn't look under the hood before I left for San Diego with my child?

Never again. Not only did your company put a dent in my car and lose my spare tire, but you also put a dent in a friend's new 80K+ $ Cadillac Escalade and charged him for a nitrogen fill in his tires, which he did not receive. Word travels fast in this town...

I went in for an oil change. I went home and then I have an oil leak on my garage floor. Your high school graduate oil tech damaged my CV boot. It cost me over 500 dollars to fix it.

The wait time was reasonable, staff was pleasant and professional, and it appears that the leak I asked them to check has been repaired. All-in-all good service.

Got home from store and looked at the tires they look really small so I check the receiptthen I checked the tires that were installed yep they put the wrong ones on my truck but chargedme for the right size so I had to go back down the next dayand get the right size installedmaybe they should get that double check!

Very disappointed with this visit. I made an appointment for 10am on a Wednesday for an alignment. I arrived at 9am. I was greeted by Chris at the front desk, he asked me questions about my car I told him what the issues I was having, he said I needed a brake check also. So I said ok why not . I advised him I would be waiting in lobby until my car was done, since I'm from out of town and had no one to pick me up. He said ok iit May take a couple hours and I was ready for that with my headphones and phone charger in bag! Well 3 hours go by and not one word from anybody, I new they were very busy, So I sat patiently, well I'm hungry now it's already 1 pm and super windy out so couldn't walk anywhere . So by 230 after Chris left for lunch with not one word to me. I went and asked a worker if my car was done . They checked and told me it was still In line for a brake check and that the alignment was done this morning!! I was shocked they let me wait almost 6 hours in that place and not one word to me!!!!!! It's not like they didn't see me all day waiting!!!!! I spoke with Katie as I was very upset, she gave me $15 off my alignment which is still not worth my time sitting In the lobby for 6 hours wasting my only day off . Very disappointed with how I was treated. I'm usually not one to complain but I had to speak up for myself. Unacceptable! And plus finding out the brake check only took 20 minutes after I cried and complained to Katie! I finally got my car back still in tears . I paid my bill and left and will not be back .....

My car is running very poorly, rpms are fluctuation roughly, car doesnt have the power it used to. Oil was spilled everywhere, even places the oil doesn't even BELONG! Would not reccomend going to here!
