Went in to get a balance and rotation. Decided to get an oil change too. Over 2 hour it took and they put the tires back on without balancing them.

Katie was so rude and every time I had a question she seemed annoyed to help me. Oh, I'm sorry you have do to your job Katie. Plus when asked a status, instead of her getting up to check she gave a fake status. She told me my car was almost done when in fact the oil change had not been done. I will not be back. Worst customer service ever!

Shawn was awesome, I told him I needed winter tires for my truck for an upcoming trip to Oregon. I told him what that state required and he found what I needed. There was no pressure from him to buy a certain brand. He also worked with me on obtaining the Big-O credit card which I used for the purchase of the tires. I highly recommend Big-O Tires. Great staff, great service.

I came in and got an appointment for the next day for a wheel alignment. I waited an hour and a half for it to be completed. While waiting, I noticed that a clipboard with my keys was dropped off at Katie's desk, but she ignored it be ause she was helpings a customer who wanted to buy tires. After approximately 20 minutes, Katie noticed the clipboard, and picked it up and delivered it to another counter person, without inspecting any of the paperwork below the invoice. I paid the bill, ASSUMING that the alignment was performed correctly...but it wasn't. Later that day, when I was filing the received paperwork in my workorder folder, I looked at the computer generated alignment results...and it showed lots of RED results and so I read the RED note that reports that these are out of spec results...FAILURE OF THE CORRECT ALIGNMENT. I returned back to Big O and was given some bullshit by the first "Customer Service" person. After he realized that I knew something about cars, (I am a mechanic and the only mechanical maintenance that I entrust to others is the wheel alignment), he told me that I needed to talk to Katie. Katie looked at the paperwork and tried to convjn e me that it was probably done correctly, but I brought in my past records where Volkswagon performed the last alignment and it showed that they adjusted it to within specs. She then said that the alignment 'expert' was sick today, so would I bring my vehicle back tomorrow. I returned the next day and the alignment was performed, and the report shows all is within the specs that your computer shows. I was satisfied until Katie said to "watch the wear on my tires, and if I see unusual wear, bring my vehicle back". Now I have lost confidence that the alignment was performed correctly, and I cannot in all honesty recommend anyone to have any work performed at Big O. If I had not known something about cars, and just left thinking that everything was fine, my new tires would have been ruined. Your fault. I just thought that you should know... Eric Lindboe

I went in for a tire rotation and the caps should have been green and they put on black. I called and the man I told this to didn't seem to care. Now I have to drive back and get the correct caps.Not good customer service

needed an oil change and a tire rotate and balance. tech forgot to mount the side air deflectors under the radiator after changing the oil filter, which I heard flapping in the breeze once I reached highway speed 25 miles from the store. There was no vibration detectable in the wheels' balance when I brought the car to this business, but after I left and got the car up to speed on the interstate, I felt a vibration, indicating that the balancing machine they used was not calibrated correctly or the tech did sub standard work.

Have been a customer at Havasu Business for about 25 years and feel like family,(the service desk fellows have always known what I needed and addressed "that noise or feels like something is " or time for.) And continues. I need to Apologize to Chris -spoke with on phone Thursday and Friday seen -wanting to get my auto routine serviced ( I had prepaid oil changes paid for and extended at dealership -but felt quality customer service had extremely gone down and prices up and can give several different types of . Well always like Big O and was dealing here -my son was looking at paper work and said to use prepaid and that I needed to stay with one place "�anyway finally finished prepaid and Very much was looking towards Big O!) I am ashamed of my self -the way I talked to Chris -I said wanted car serviced and what I understood was oil only would be changed "�and become irritated ( and expressed so Telling him so "�he stopped saying he would get Bruce and identified my ..... nastiness -although he was nothing but professional "�I said others know how to deal with me and know what I wanted ...anyway acknowledged myself as issue and continued -all levels belts over all -parts oil was changed filter ok and tires rotated-print out give ... Thanks Am apologizing again "�really to appreciate your kindness professional service

After 15 years of coming to Big O Tires for service I expected so much more. I came in for new tires and a $19.95 oil change. The new tires were taken care of. The oil change on the other hand was a complete disaster and i was completely taken advantage of. I asked for the $19.95 oil change. When I came back to pick up my vehicle I was charged $60+ dollars just to return the next day because my oil gauge was indicating something was wrong. I came back to next day and was charged an additional $100+ to fix one of their errors. All of this was an error on their part that I had to pay for. All or this is unacceptable and not once was anything done to apologize or make this situation better for myself. I am completely disappointed in my recent experience and feel as though something needs to be done to better their customer service experience especially when an error is made on their part. I was completely taken advantage of.

Brought in a trailer for tire replacement, and a SXS tire for repair. Was never called when job was finished. I called to get sttus on job. SXS tire was not touched or repaired. No help to hook up trailer.

Parked in the HANDICAP slot, Entered store, at 1110hrs asked for someone to check my tires which were purchased at Big O, Was told to back up to second stall, which I did, Sat in my Dodge pick up till 1125hrs, Not one person asked what I wanted, At 1127 I left Big O, drove to Discount tires, Had tires checked and topped off with 35 PSI of air, Thats service, Well Mr. ZIRGES, NO MORE BIG O for us, We found a new tire Company. DISCOUNT TIRE>

I was VERY disappointed I was told my bill wouldn't be any more than ish $$ well yr associate came back to me with a bill for 127.00 when it shouldn't be.. I can't afford that due to being on a very low income.. I walked out VERY MAD!! I will continue getting my oil changed @ yr place cuz u are the cheapest but it's not fair to try & get more $$ out of someone like me..... :(
