Big O Tires

Came in for an oil change. The next morning, I noticed two oil patches in my driveway where the car had been parked. Took the car back to be checked. Attendant said they found that the drain plug was loose. He did apologize but did not sound very sincere or concerned. I guess I just would have expected a bit more of a response from a fundamental mistake on such a routine job. Lack of concern is troubling and I will likely not come back.

I came in at 7:40 AM, stood in line for 10 minutes. Explained I had four tires ON rims, along with 4 valve stems. I need the valve stems inserted, the tires inflated and balanced. They told me they would call my cell when completed. I helped unload the tires with the tech. He said just hang around and he will do them right away as it was just an inflate and balance job. 15 minutes later the work was completed. I went inside to pay. Invoice no. 004066-266512, order no. 307700. Much to my dismay, I was charged $100.71 to have my tires (already on my rims) inflated and balanced with customer supplied valve stems!!! After being screwed to the tune of $100 plus, I then had to load all 4 tires into my vehicle without any help from anyone!!! I so feel I was so OVERCHARGED!!! Broken down, the bill equates to almost $6.72 per minute!!! Unacceptable!!!!

I own a company in town , all the employees At big o have always made me feel welcomed anytime I needed them . There customer service is what we always strive for in our company

So I called to see if I needed a appointment to get my cars oil changed I was told no walk in are welcome. I have been here since 9:00 am and my car has been " THE NEXT ONE IN LINE " since 10:30 am. It is now 11:40 and still waiting in the waiting room. Finally done at 12:14

I wasn't sure what was wrong with my truck but dropped it off to have it checked out. The shop was busy but the mechanic came over to ensure me he would find the problem and have someone give me a cal with updates. He did just that! I would go anywhere else in town! I love BIG O!

Did not do a five tire rotate as promisedDid not lube vehicle as promised, had to come back for that.

Have used Big O for ever . Love them

I believe I was charged for a replacement tire that should've been free.

The staff was very busy. They where professional, helpful and kind. The work on my truck was done in the time promised. Thanks for all the help

this place is horrible thee worst oil change experience I have ever had. The cashier clerk was absolutely rude and the girl that checked my car in had someones else's phone number attached to my account so I gave her my correct number which I have had for years. they of course wanted to replace the serpentine belt and had a laundry list of other items they claimed were wrong with my car and attempted to call me on the WRONG phone number. They then claimed the oil plug was stripped and replaced it and of course charged me without notice. (how do I know the mechanic didn't strip it while removing it?) DON'T EVER GO TO THIS PLACE!!!! THE EMPLOYEES ARE GIVEN COMMISSION WHEN THEY FIND THINGS WRONG AND UP CHARGE WHAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A SPECIAL.

Sold a battery and next day dead, it was my alternator and I have to replace it. Waste off my money

I came in to buy a new set of tires and wheels for my Lexus, but was told that the person that handled wheel pricing was not in that day. I call BS. on that. It was a total lack of incentive by front counter sales people. You can find pricing on the web for about anything in a manner of seconds. Having been a business owner for 45 years, I would take this lost sale very personal, and terminate the employee. The end result is that I purchased my tires and wheels from discount tire the same day. If you would like me to come in and help confront that employee. E- mail me

The advisor was very helpful and recommended synthetic oil for my next oil change which was very helpful

This is about the third time i've been told things about my car that isn't true and the service i was provided was rude and i was honestly just wanting to pay and leave. I took my car to get check someone else before getting work done at big O and i was told that what they said wasn't even wrong. This also happened with my breaks as well. I was told i needed to change them immediately. Had them done somewhere else and they weren't worn as bad as i was told. There was also a small rock jammed into my car making it squeak horrible after leaving. Which was not happening before i had gotten my car serviced. I will never go to big O tires again.

This tire store was a pleasure to bring my campervan to. No hassles about it's size. I given all my options and was treated with respect instead of being talked down to.
