Big O Tires

Excellent Sales Staff however that's where the training and professionalism stops. Tire Technicians in my experience lack knowledge, customer service, and attention to detail. I have not experienced any mechanical work but it appears the mechanics do not suffer from the same deficate.

Very helpful put correct lug nuts on razor

When I went in to get my flat tire fixed they had no problem doing it for me. I sat down at 1 o'clock and it wasn't done until about 1:50. During these 50 minutes I observed multiple workers that were standing around, smoking, and eating. This isn't a big deal but my truck was dottong, waiting to get worked on for a large amount of the to minutes I was there. I understand I sound the a person who whines about everything but I NEVER give bad reviews unless it is something that needs to be fixed. It was not very busy therefore my vehicle should not have sat around for so long. I understand a tire repair is a free service but I feel as I don't deserve waiting 50 minutes for it given I spent $650 in tires back I'm September.

The service at BigO tires is always excellent. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Have been going to them with all of my cars for ten years.

We have bought all our times from your company since we permanently moved to LHC. My wife bought a new car over a year ago. She had two nails in the tire recently. One couldn't be fixed and we bought a new tire from u. The next week she had another nail the tire was fixable but she was charged 17 or 18 to fix it. I didn't think u charged for patching a tire just like discount tire.

They're the best. Short wait time. Great service.

All was good about service at the store, how ever, I had to come back three time to get four tires put on. Four tires ordered, three show up. Next day, for fourth tire, wait about 2 hours to find out, no tire. Third day hope this will be it, will see, that's this morning. Young lady at desk always very apologetic, but, did what she could,but hard to please customer if you can't deliver on the product. At no time did get on her about service, just not pleased about coming back three time for for service that you are suppose to be noted for.

I took my car into Big O, Lake Havasu after a car accident. I asked to check under the car, tires and alignment. The following morning I was called the car was ready. The car WAS NOT ready. The car had a 2nd flat. I rushed my wife back to work. Later I was called again. Both new tires from Big O were bad and I had to pay for both again. They called again stating it was ready. Something was wrong again. (I had a new belt put on at the time I put the 2 new tires on) They fixed the issue, but they missed so much. I went to another place to have the car inspected. I'm done with Big O!!!

Came in with 65,000 mile tires with only 20,000 miles on them that are pitting and shredding on the outside tread. After having the alignment checked was told everything was fine and they dont know what's causing it. No offer to replace the tires since they're obviously defective. Won't be a return customer since you dont stand behind what you sell.

I will just copy and paste what I put on Facebook!! Big bunches of Orchids to Big O in Lake Havasu!! Such wonderful service there. I went in this morning because my break light came on. They checked my breaks and said the breaks are fine. Just the light sensor malfunctioned. Need a new switch when ever I decide to get it. No hurry!! I am very pleased they didn't take advantage of an old senior!! That means a lot to me that they are honest!! They definitely have my business for my car service and tires when I need it!! :) So Thank you Big O yires of Havasu!! :)

Had the timing belt and water pump replaced, when I got home to check the work, I notice the ac belt and pullies where all loose-apparently the mechanic forgot to tighten all the nuts - don't know if it was intentional or just forgot - big o being careless could have posed a lot of damage to my truck that I care for very much- I would like an explanation! Thank You. Johnson.

The service seemed to be completed in the time frame as explained by Zack. When I returned to our home area near Parker I noticed that there were no valve stem caps on any of the four tires that were mounted. Now I am not even sure if the nitrogen was put in to the tires as paid for. I will call the shop in the morning. Thank you for the chance to comment. Marvin 701 770 2793

Fast friendly service

Was disappointed that a scheduled appointment for oil change took over 1 1/2 hours but glad they caught the cabin filter. Was also charged for service(had a saver card) then it seem like every employee for themselves. A lot of people at computers but too busy to help. Couldn't figure out how to refund a debit card. Hope this was just a fluke but adds up and no one seemed to care about my time

I took my car in for air conditioner to be looked at and the tech came to me after he was done and said I needed all these things done to fix it and then I took it to another air conditioning shop and what big o told me I needed I didnt need and it cost me half the money .....
