Big O Tires

There should be two reviews for this one.. I had to go up north into snow country, needed snow tires and "full service" on the truck... Darren was great to work with and the tires he recommended worked great, The full service not so much.... Second time I used the windshield fluid it was empty...... Checking some of the other fluid levels found the power steering fluid was low... I knew my windshield wipers were junk but nothing was said about it.... I replaced them myself. Big-O has always been my go to place for tires and repair's Don't know what happened this time...

My experience with my Big O has always been pleasant. I know the team will always address my car issues with me in a way that shows their concern is just as important to them as it is to me. Being an older woman, I trust them and I have never felt like they were trying to 'sell me' on more work. I like the friendly, honest feel I get at my Big O! Thanks to all the team!

It still amazes me that I have a coupon for a $39.99 best oil change and end up paying $98

Had a tire installed, but was added to rear, not the front where requested. Recently had alignment and was the purpose for buying 2nd new tire.

all employees and service has always been excellent, treats customers like loyalty, i would not go anywhere else for vehicle needs. thank you big o employees your the best.

Showed up to get new tires on my boat trailer, told me to park on the side of building. They forgot about my boat. After 2 half hours staff finally started it. When they were done I inspected the new tires and noticed grease all over my just detailed boat trailer and custom wheels.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. Great service on my car always.

Stranded in LHC, I was the first customer in line for a 5-tire replacement purchase for my 5th wheel camper. I brought the old tires in removed from the camper. The new tires were quickly replaced and loaded on my truck. I unloaded them at the camper for installation and my daughter started on the first one. I then realized there were NO BALANCING WEIGHTS on any of the tires. I had to reload the tires and take them back to the shop. The shop immediately went to work correcting the OVERSIGHT. One new tire had a weight inside the tire. The Number 5 rating is a warning to customers to be careful and inspect the work done before leaving the shop, especially tire weights and oil changes. Or any shop.

Great experience working Zach to get a new travel trailer tire. Space is a bit tight for a TT but we got it in and fixed.

the sales persons were great. ordered 4 tires drove 70 miles to have them installed. tire pressure light would not go off they told me it should go off by the time I got home, it never did. i checked the pressure myself. the 2 front tires were very much over pressure by 6 - 8 lbs. the rear tires did not have enough air in them. all the tires had different pressure amounts. I adjusted them myself, yes I called big o and told them. 2 days later I went to my vehicle and the front driver's side was very low. put air in them. 2 days later went to get in my vehicle same thing, put air in tires. called shop they told me to bring it back. another 70 mile round trip only to wait to find out the tire had a pin hole in the side wall. they do not carry the tires in stock. they sent me home, this was saturday and said my new tire would be in Wednesday and they would call me. in the mean time every 2-3 days I had to air up my tire before going to work (pain in the ___). I was scheduled to leave town on Friday I took my truck instead because I was afraid I might have a blow-out on that tire. finally I called them the following Wed. when I returned to find out if my tire was in they said yes. spent another Saturday driving 70 miles back to big o and waited another 1-2 hours for my turn to get the tire replaced. yes I told them this was my 3rd trip. anyway I ended up spending the entire $50.00 promo card on gas driving back and forth because of the faulty tire. I think big o should send me another gift card.

The lady that wrote my order once again did not write everything I requested on the work order. Had to come back again to get the work done.

I ordered spare tire and white rim with red-white-blue stripes for my trailer and was told I would have it ready around 10am the next day. I called around 1pm and after waiting 15 mins on hold I got the oil change dept. he transferred me to the front desk that never answer after holding for another 15 mins. I went in around 2pm since I never got a called and was told they had been busy and that's why I didn't get a call. To me that's not a good excuse. You tell someone you're going to do something, then you do it. I got a tire with a plain white rim with no red-white-blue stripe. I took, because it's just a spare, I just wanted it to match my other rims on my trailer. Last four times I gone and had work done there, they messed or got something wrong. I like Big O, just think there's something wrong at this location with the way things are done.

I am female but not stupid. Waited for service at the counter and I must have been invisible. As usual treated me like a dumb girl. Wrong! The service staff seem to be clueLess.

Always great service and they let you know when they see a problem!! No hard sell!!
