Service last week was not a good or bad one i was the first customer of the day but i was the fifth one out due to no oil filter was available.1 hour 20 minutes for an oil change is too long to wait.i wish they had all part available when store open so it's not a long wait.

I was there for three hours for an oil change and wheel alignment. Got the oil change but after three hours had to leave before the alignment could be done.

By far the best tire shop in town, and the only one I trust with exotic wheels. Friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and fair. Everyone there knows there stuff, and they go above and beyond in customer service. Shawn in particular has far exceeded any (even unreasonable) expectations I could have had.

I like the store because it offers 1 stop to do everything! But owning a business myself and seeing how busy your business is i believe you really need to step up on your quality control. That last 10%! That would make this business an awesome experience. For instance when they installed my tires they didn't reset the sensors. I went back and they did it no problem but it should have been done before i left.( last 10%) another time they installed my jeep tires and didn't tighten my spare.( last 10%) again they fixed the problem but i had to go back. Please don't take this negative you have a great business and great people working there just need someone on quality control! Your close to making it a great experience!

Sister had vibration problem driving to Lake Havasu. Toyota dealer in Victorville sold her 4 tires ( she needed to replace one) Car still shook. Big O checked the balance on new tires- All 4 were out of balance. Big O rebalanced All tires for Free! Just what Joan need to make her feel better. Thank You Big O Lake Havasu (I take my cars for service to Big O)

I was told the via the phone that the work to replace an oil pan gasket would cost $229.00. I took the car in two days later to have the service done. At checkout, I was told the cost is now $329.00. I settled at $300.00 just to get my car and leave. Somewhat overpriced for a pan gasket. Probably won't be back.

I came in for an oil change and asked for a tire quote. I explained that we were leaving the car at our home until our return in fall. I received the quote. In the meantime, a counter lady called me up to explain my tires were 10 years old and likely to blow as soon as the came off the lift. I told her I got the quote for purchase in the fall. She continued about how unsafe the car was and tried to get me to buy the tires. I don't appreciate being pressured in such a way and won't be back. Norm Shiery

I took my trailer tire into Big O, as it had a slow leak. The tire was immediately repaired, AND at no charge. Zack and David got me in and out in less than 1/2 hour, and they were busy! Even though Big O had the opportunity to charge me excessively, they did NOT! As a tourist, I appreciate that. The tire Tech even carried the tire into my truck. It's nice to see that customer service still exists in places. Thank You, Big O!!

Wait time was twice as long as quoted was told our paperwork was left on a desk and forgotten about, tech said he tried to call me which never did, car pulled to the right after alignment was done had to go back to store and get it fixed.

Service on the vehicle was performed as expected. Customer service in the store was slow. There were employees in the front, but only 2 of them were really doing anything. Shuttle service was horrible and slow. They need more than one driver.

Very personable experience even tho this particular store is crowded from open til close. The manager (Shawn) was very helpful in helping cut costs with alternative methods including mail-in, and in-store rebates.
