I have known of Big O Tires for much of my life, and had never in the past, provided such a high regard for a business that is as confident and professional as this Big O Tire located in Lake Havasu City AZ. I did not like the fact that you allowed an over sized Doberman dog in the waiting room with small children playing escorted by a tiny woman. It is an accident waiting to happen.

This trip was for trailer tires. The tires were in stock and mounted quickly.

I bought 4 new tires to replace the current ones and have a free alignment check. I was told that the alignment was good but it wasn't. The vehicle kept pulling to the right and left. So, I had a second opinion and the car still needed an alignment. I was very disappointed because I knew the vehicle needed an alignment for a very long time. It's upsetting when you don't pay attention to detail maybe if you drove the vehicle like the individuals where I had the alignment done you would of seen my point

I hope you read this. I've been doing business with (ONLY) you for the past 5 yrs. Up until recently your service has been excellent. I've referred business your way and sent family members to you. However, I bought 4 tires, with alignment for my '07 Mustang and was very happy with then. Last time I had them rotated they told me that ALL FOUR tires had cord showing on the inside of the tires. The tires still had at least a year left on them but no one said anything. now the tires are useless. Yes the alignment is only good for one tear but If someone had said something I would have taken care of it. I like you people had really wanted to give you a Stellar rating. They are the best everyone of there employees!!!

Prices are very high, for example. Spark plugs are 6.99 retail, they'll charge nearly 16.99 per plug. Not to mention installation. I went there for tune up and oil change, oil was spilled EVERYWHERE, even places the oil shouldnt even be NEAR. Staff was somewhat courteous, professional and knew their stuff. Expensive and somewhat shotty work, but overall, they did the necessary work to my car in a VERY timely fashion.

I got a oil change and they said couldn't get a air filter till the next day. And said the air filter was going to be between $15 to $20. Now its $30 to $45.

When I got back to the RV resort I raised the hood checking things out. Saw some oil on to of valve cover. No biggie, cleaned that up. Checked oil lid and it was not on tight.
