First class service

I'm for a LOF and tire rotation, was told 45 to 1 hour. 2 hours later asked, was told tires where being rotated, I said that would be hard with the truck on the ground. LOL, also said had a slight pull to right, no mention of anything. I understand they where busy, but so am I.

Although no appointment times were available, I was able to leave the car there for service of a tire monitor sensor, tire rotation, oil change and wiper blades. The work was completed within two hours. The associates were all very friendly and helpful and I couldn't be happier. Thank you Big O!!!

The office personnel with whom I deal directly appear dedicated to render excellent service and I enjoy dealing with them.Maybe I am just that unlucky customer but it seems mistakes are made in the bays which necessitate returnvisits more often than I would expect.

Billy was fantastic, I returned to purchase tires from him even though I have two excellent tire connections from doing Fleet Sales for Ford Dealers for over three decades. He was polite, professional, paid attention, I even purchased a road hazard warranty, which I never do as I was aware it helped his production numbers with Big O. Keep this guy on your staff, he is excellent.

Ive been a highly satisfied Big O customer since moving to the Havasu area in 2002/2003. Always treated very respectfully and genuine. The guys are as great as my tires have always been on my 3 cars. Highly Satisfied Customer.

I hv always been happy with their service but the last two times I got tires on my truck the mileage I got out of them was not good at all. They were 40,000 mile tires and I will be lucky to get 20,000.

I live in southern California but have a home in Lake Havasu AZ as well. The BIG O in Havasu is by far the best for knowledge and customer service. So much so I took my truck there to get lifted and tires put on. Chris's knowledg of what I need to do to achieve the look I wanted was spot on. I had an issue with the tire sensors after new tires. He spent no expense to ensure it was resolved and i was happy. You dont find individuals that care that much these days.

Took Care of me right away

Love this place they are doing everything right! Had a flat last year fixed it for free not a tire purchased there! Had work done on another auto done on time and done right.
