Big O Tires

re: LANDROVER LR-3. HAD VEHICLE TOWED TO BIG O FROM PARKER AFTER SPEAKING WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE REGARDING THE AIR SUSPENSION COMPRESSOR. WAS ASSURED YES THEY COULD DO THE WORK. TURNS OUT THEY DECLINED TO DO THE WORK. I HAD TO CONTACT TRIPLE A AND HAVE MY VEHICLE TOWED BACK TO PARKER, 40 MILES. I UNDERSTAND THE VEHICLE IS PRETTY COMPLEX, HOWEVER I WOULD NOT HAVE USED 2 TOWS WITH TRIPLE A TO GET THE VEHICLE THERE AND BACK HOME HAD I KNOWN THIS. NOW I HAVE ONLY 1 TOW FOR THE REST OF THE YEAR. SO BASICALLY I LOST OUT ON 400 POSSIBLE MILES OR 2 ADDITIONAL SERVICE CHARGES FOR TOWING. THE VEHICLE WILL HAVE TO BE TOWED TO PALM SPRINGS WHICH LEAVES ME WITH NO TOWING FOR THE YEAR IF I BREAK DOWN. I TRAVEL A LOT AND THIS MAKES ME KIND OF UNEASY.

Sets the bar for impeccable service and friendliness not only for a tire store but for all retailers. An extremely “well oiled machine”.

I was a little upset that it took all day. I was told that they were backed up and it would not be ready till about 2pm, but at that time it was pushed till around 5:30. I dropped the car off at 8:30am. But the car is now just as I had wanted. Job well done, just time was a little long, but I am happy now.

Great to go to a big O where most of the sales people know you by name. Purchase all of my tires at this store. Friendly service clean shop and easy to work with.

Mostly great work...... Need to observe technicians to make sure your requests are carried out properly.

I booked the appointment on line with a coupon stating the LOF would be 16.95. I needed synthetic oil for the LOF so asked the female at one of six computers, after waiting 10 minutes to check in and talk to someone how much it would be. She did not know. I gave my approval to go ahead with the car. I needed a new cabin filter, and with LOF it came to over 70.00. I protested, telling her if the coupon on line would qualify. She took it off the bill and I paid 59.00 and change. You Need to let people know ahead of time the charges for everything before they start the work. It would have been nice to be greeted and say, "�be with you in a few minutes."� First time here. No TLC. Don't know if I will come back or not.

I've been a customer for several years, on my second car bringing it to Big O, and have been treated fairly each time. Will continue to be a customer.

I only had to wait one hour for my tire rotation!!

The personnel that work for this organization are very good, and they keep you informed.

It was so easy to schedule an appointment, drop my car off, and pick it up after service was completed that fit best within my schedule. The staff was friendly and informative (all smiles, even with masks), the store was clean, and I was able to pick up and drop my car off in a timely manner. When an option wasn't available, the team was able to provide different options to satisfy me needs. Lake Havasu Big-O did an amazing job!

Was beginning my delivery job and had a dead Battery, Zoomed over to Big O after getting a jump-start and they took care of my issue right away. The guys know me and understand my need to get to work, So grateful for there NASCAR like response, YOU GUYS ROCK!!!
