Big O Tires

Good customer service. The whole in the door out with four new tires and alignment took four hours, wish that could be about three hours. The alignment was not done correctly and my steering wheel is 5 degrees counter clock wise when driving straight. I did call about the problem and was was told it would get fixed when I bring it BACK. I live all 45 min away from the store and will now have to take time out of my day off to have this problem fixed. IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE RIGHT IN THE FIRST PLACE! For this carelessness I should be refunded fifteen percent of the total bill.

Friendly Staff. Fast Service. Prices were a little higher but i think it was because of the size compared to the other local dealers sized slightly different.

Called on Saturday afternoon around 2:30 about slow leak in right passenger tire, purchased my tires fin Big O, was told couldn't help me till Monday and would set me up an appointment for 7:30 am when store opened. When I arrived and was seen by the representative she could not find an appointment for me and said I could have come in as a drop in on Saturday when I called. Do not like being lied too. Otherwise would have given 5 to all questions.

I am a return customer, this was a not so good visit (overall end result was great though). I came in for my oil change and the tech that did it, did not do a good job. My oil filter was not screwed on completely and it appeared to be cross threaded. I did not notice any of this until later in the day when I was driving up the road and my car was smoking from all the oil that had sprayed all over my engine compartment. I called the store immediately and they were about to close but offered for me to bring it down to look at it. I brought it first thing the next morning and they took it back and remedied the problem immediately. They told us that the oil filter was not screwed in completely and that is why the car was smoking so bad, from the oil spraying throughout the engine, they had to use a "case" of break clean to get all the oil off my engine but it was fixed. Thank you to Bruce (I spoke to on the phone friday 7-14 evening) and Zach (who took care of my order for my 2008 Kia Sorento) from beginning to end. I was very upset that this happened but even happier that these guys took care of my car and made it right.

Very polite, knowledge as to my problem, prompt with the service. Overall a good experience.

The Staff at this Big O have been nothing but helpful and professional with me since day one. My conversation with Zack indicated that he actually took a bit of time to review my vehicles history, or he has an amazing memory. Either way it is always impressive to me when I don't have to provide or repeat to a service agent information that is already available to them.

Never been to the Big o tires in havasu. I kept having a flat so since I had a warranty from previous store(needles) made an appointment and I called the day mentioning I was going to be a little late. Madi(I believe) said dont worry. Got there. she handles me. Very professional. Very clean and good communication skills. I appreciate the good customer service as well

Always top notch service. Great place to buy tires and get tire repairs. They also do just about any type of work you could need and special order parts too.

Chris went over and above in trying to find tires for me. You don’t find customer service like this anymore. So many companies and/or their employees just don’t seem to care about the customer. Chris showed me that great customer service is alive and very well at Big O Tires in Lake Havasu. He found one set of tires that could have worked but they were a more expensive tire and they wouldn’t budge in their price. So, he ordered tires for me and I was going to drive back to Brenda (90 miles) and come back in the am to have them put in. Instead, he had the idea to leave my car and rent a car. The tires were very unsafe and that way they could get started right away.
