David has always done an exceptional job in taking care of my needs at Big O. .. He is always very kind and helpful when it comes to servicing my vehicles. Always very kind, pleasant ant helpful to customers! A real asset to Big O!

As the store is first come firsted served I came early and was third in line. I was then put in line behind a truck that appeared to was left the night before and got early service, had to wait 45 minutes. All questions would have gotten top score if not for this. Now the good part, I brought in a small boat trailer and during the tire change a stud spun and the nut could not be removed. The mechanics work on it until they drilled it out and replaced it with a new one. If this had happened to me out in the desert I would have been screwed, Thank You to your employees and their "get the job done" attitude.

Great service! Fixed tire under the warranty and waited about 35 minutes, which is pretty good concidering how busy they could be.

I recently visited Big O on Friday of last week, because of an engine light that had come on during my travels. Big O was able to determine the problem, and set up the appointment for repair of my vehicle. The staff was courteous, and friendly. They did a great job on my vehicle. My vehicle came in on Saturday one of their busiest days, and they repaired my vehicle quickly. I do not live close to this Big O, but they made it a point to contact me with enough time to pick up the vehicle before the shop closed for the holiday weekend.

Replaced a seal that had been replaced earlier. Covered it under warranty. Staff was helpful in determining that the repair was warranty.

I was greeted by Katie Santos who took charge of my vehicles needs. She is Wonderful as a hostess because of her knowledge of Automobile repairs and the services your store provides to the community. I am Totally Thankful she took such good care of me. I told her, "I should marry you". and she laughed that indicated our repore' to each other was Light and very friendly, She was curtious as well and really tried her best to keep the stores costs for services well within my Budget. Definitely a Class Act and you are fortunate to have her with your firm. I am still assessing the quality of the work that was done on my vehicle. Katie knows I'll be back this next month that I will be back to take care of another issue I am having with my Tahoe. I am looking forward to her greeting once more so I can get started with the repairs my vehicle needs. I have no Doubts that they will be expertly accomplished. The tires never did get rotated. 2 of 4 tires failed in a matter of days from each other. How safe would you feel with the remaining 2 tires? This is the second tim e that we have had this failure scenario. The previous was "BIG O" brand tires and this tire was sold to me as being even better. What do you think that I should do?
