The guys at our Big O are always friendly and very knowledgeable.I was a bit disappointed with my Tire Rotation performed on my last visit.A few days later my Low Tire Pressure Sensor came on and all 4 Tires were 5-6 lbs low according to the recommended pressure listed on the Data Panel on the door and the tire.I would thought checking the air pressure is something done when the tires are rotated.I use Big O for most of my Oil changes, tires, and tire rotation and I will continue to use them in the future.

Always get great service at a fair price. Came in for what I thought was a nail in my tire but it was worse, the sidewalk was cut. I had a warranty on my tires so they covered that tire and I bought a second one. Fast service on a busy day.

The only complaint was that it took 5 days to get the part?? The wrong part was sent making reorder necessary

The 1st time in, had to leave my car and called late in the day to see the status and was apologized to that they were not able to get to it and if i wouldn't mind bringing it back. A slight setback but was able to do it before leaving out of town for a drive to Phoenix. So, guess it all worked out in time for my trip.

Just a very good experience, for just walking in ,,aligned my 1970 DAYTONA FERRARI SPYDER WITH EFFICIENCY, AS THE AUTO IS SOMEWHAT VALUABLE I WAS CONCERNED ABOUT THE CARE CAR WOULD RECEIVE ,,,,,,,,,WHO IS THE MANAGER OF THAT FACILITY DESERVES AN AWARD,,,HE'S CREATED A VERY OPEN AND FRIENDLY STORE!!!!
