New oil was dripped on the air cleaner. I wiped it off, no problem.

Drop off overnight box safe, secure well stocked with forms and pens. Web let order be placed and the shop got it done no questions asked...

Tires I wanted weren't available but staff was quick to offer an alternative.

My Credit card had not arrived by the time of my appointment, but BIG O did all the paperwork and set up our appointment anyway. Walked in, was directed to a representative and viola, signed the paperwork, waited in the waiting room and the name was called after a short wait and boom out the door. Left with smiles and our new tires. All employees were friendly and knowledgeable. left a very good impression. Also place was very clean. Thank you

I was loading up 4.. 35 in tires and wheels into the back of my truck...super heavy and one of the guys came over and helped load them...thought that was pretty nice

Special order tires came in and I did not receive a call as they were put in stock because warehouse did not tag tires properly.

I brought my truck in because a tire was losing air. The front lobby was fairly full with customers waiting for their vehicles so I thought about coming back later but one of the staff checked and they could repair my tire right then. They did pull my truck into a bay, took the tire off, patched it and put it back on. Here's where Big O kind of dropped the ball, my truck was pulled part way out of the bay to make room for another car. My truck sat there while workers went about their business every now and then looking at the truck and then at me standing there with my 2 dogs. This went on for some time until the original staff member finally came over and apologized for not checking me out sooner. I thought the cost of the repair was very reasonable.
