They did a great job of communicating everything and looked over my vehicle very well and were honest and upfront about what was needed and what was not needed.

I brought in my vehicle after installing new control arms and they aligned it up I had a couple of questions which they answered and I couldn't be happier. Two people specifically Brady and the gentleman that wrote me up I believe it was Dave sorry if I m wrong.

I brought my car in for an oil change. While the technician was performing this he advised the service writer that the vehicle required an air filter and cabin filter along with a fuel injection service. The service writer explained this to me and I agreed to have the necessary repairs done along with the oil change. I am from British Columbia and have been getting my vehicles serviced at Big O Tires for the past several years after having an issue with a dealership. I have also encouraged family (from Lake Havasu) and friends to use Big O Tires for their service and tire needs. Those who have chosen to follow my recommendation have been very satisfied and continue to use your facility as well.
