Brought my truck in for wheel balancing. These are the original Firestone tires from the manufacturer with about 22,000 miles. Balance and rotate was done WITH NO CHARGE. I said they were not tires from Big-O and the sales person said true, but I was a long time customer and Big-O takes care of their customers. Now that's service!!!!. Thank you. I will be back!

The woman who checked me in was very knowledgeable and was able to explain my issue to me and why I might need additional items with my alignment. The Ford dealer was unable to explain anything to me and Big O was recommended to me. Not only was the work done efficiently, but they saved me $200! The employees were friendly both on the phone prior to going to the store and when we went to the store. We didn't actually get the tires mounted today, waiting for the 5th tire to be in stock, but wanted to pay for it to take advantage of the rebates before they expire.
