Very Friendly and knowledgeable - Been doing business at this location for over 25 years -- Almost everyone knows by name as soon as I walk in - especially the owner and manager. They always take care 0f my needs and never BS me with unnecessary up-sales - They know both of my vehicles inside and out with all previous repairs and services - if in the rare case I have an issue they always resolve instantly

Really appreciate the ability to make online appointment - full set of new tires installed and was in and out in 30 minutes. I asked a question about other services offered and everything was thoroughly explained (& I ended up scheduling a brake maintenance service for the following day). Each member of the staff I encountered was very courteous. I feel confident having Big O perform all future services on our vehicle. Bonus for offering a free shuttle.

Have been a customer for a dozen years and the staff know us by name as well as the multiple family vehicles we bring there. they have always been customer friendly on any small miscommunications we may have enjoyed over the years and that means something when a company values customer loyalty/longevity over any immediate situation. Hats off to that.

I grew up in my family's garage and AAA wrecker service in Michigan that was started in 1924 and is still operating today. I understand the business and how challenging it can be. The customer service I received at Big O Tires exceed my expectations and I appreciated the way I was treated, especially as a customer from another state that only visits during the winter months. They were ready for my oil change, all service employees were polite n practiced all safety measures. I've never paid so much for an oilchange, so that may prevent my returning for another. We will wait n see. Stay safe. MERRY CHRISTMAS

I have been coming to Big O for three years. The guys are wonderful, friendly, always willing to listen, even with a line of customers. I trust them, and as a woman, and all the horror stories of how most places think we don't know anything, these guys listen. Just went in for an oil change, will have to say they were supposed to rotate my tires, this time they didn't. But that won't keep me from going back. Thanks guys!

Christopher Ropchak who checked us in and Madison Zirges who checked us out were both very friendly and knowledgeable. Chris took our request for an oil change, rotate and balance tires, and to change out our cabin air filter and engine air filter and just made it all happen. One of the filters he had to order,....but just watching him pushing keys on the computer proved he's been around the block and his been doing this for some time. Confidence in the staff that you deal with up front goes a long way in trusting the quality of overall work being completed. Always happy with this Big O everytime I go in.

Had a tire for a side by side switches out. Everything went as planed. Also had an oil change done about two months ago , went great and good price, also reported back to me on some items on the vehicle to watch.

Ride home, nice sales prrson and knowledgable.

I dealt with Billy Sherman several months ago buying tires for my 1957 TBird and his level of attention and handling the transaction is why I continue coming.
