Such nice and understanding guys, got a flat on the road and they made it easy and fast to get back on my long journey. They went out of their way, above and beyond to help me.

Easy online scheduling for an appointment. Web site was easy to navigate. Appointment was on time . Service department sales personally wore masks ! Excellent communication and service . I would highly recommend The Big O Tires.

My husband and myself dropped off our 1999 Ford F150 because we’re having issues shifting in gear, had it towed to the location and they took great care of us kept calling us to keep us informed about the different work or problems they had encountered and overall just did a great job!

My first time there. I had a flat tire. Fast service, friendly staff. They fix my tire for no charge. I was so surprised! I will absolutely be back when I need new tires.

I use my car for work, Without Big O and there professional service, It would be difficult to keep going at the pace needed in my business. They are there when I need them and provide great value for repairs. I refer anyone who needs auto repairs to Big O. Why go any where else?

When an unknown light came on my dash, the very first place I thought of was Big O Tires. The service there has always been great and as a woman that does not know much about autos, your staff are always helpful and it is very much appreciated. I have bought tires and had other work done there and always been treated great, This time was no different need I needed an oil change and tires rotated. A very pleasant lady checked me in and I went walking when I came back one of the guys said that I should have a fuel injector service done. they told me about how long it would take so I had them do it. I appreciate them checking everything out and letting me know when something is needed. There is trouble with giving a rating on the four things you have listed. I have hit 5 on all of them several times but it does not do anything. when I try to submit It says I need to give a rating. It took on the three but not the 4 or 5

Great staff.....friendly, competent. Very clean facility with nice perks for Customers waiting for their vehicles.

The guys and gals always take good care of me when I come in. I trust them with a car that's been in my family since I was 6 years old! I don't trust many service people with my baby...

The experience was great overall. Went in to check tire pressure. Two slow leaks were found and repaired. No one tried to sell me anything I didn't need. Service and customer service was outstanding!

Needed no appointment they fixed tire leak right away no charge

Had issues with front steering and thought it may be parts worn out. The checked and found that it was just in need of an alignment. Fixed problems I was having. Didn't try to sell me something I did not need. Very honest shop!

I always use this location for servicing my work vehicle. They make the process painless and easy and it is no problem dropping my vehicle off when I'm off and picking it up the next day. Will continue using this location for the foreseeable future.
