Have been a customer at Havasu Business for about 25 years and feel like family,(the service desk fellows have always known what I needed and addressed "that noise or feels like something is " or time for.) And continues. I need to Apologize to Chris -spoke with on phone Thursday and Friday seen -wanting to get my auto routine serviced ( I had prepaid oil changes paid for and extended at dealership -but felt quality customer service had extremely gone down and prices up and can give several different types of . Well always like Big O and was dealing here -my son was looking at paper work and said to use prepaid and that I needed to stay with one place "�anyway finally finished prepaid and Very much was looking towards Big O!) I am ashamed of my self -the way I talked to Chris -I said wanted car serviced and what I understood was oil only would be changed "�and become irritated ( and expressed so Telling him so "�he stopped saying he would get Bruce and identified my ..... nastiness -although he was nothing but professional "�I said others know how to deal with me and know what I wanted ...anyway acknowledged myself as issue and continued -all levels belts over all -parts oil was changed filter ok and tires rotated-print out give ... Thanks Am apologizing again "�really to appreciate your kindness professional service

Customer Service Rep got me into the tire I needed, job was completed in a timely manner and Tire Replacement Employee was friendly and helpful by putting my new spare tire in the back of my vehicle.

Great folks

John got me in quickly, assisted in getting my tire out of the trunk. I have a spine injury so it's difficult to bend and lift things. After dropping off the tire, he called me to let me know that the tire was too old to be repaired and I needed a new one. Offered to order a new one of the same brand, but I didn't want to continue to drive on my spare. He recommended one that was very similar to what I had, so I told him to go ahead and with that tire. He told me he'd contact me when it was ready, got ahold of me very quickly to let me know. John went above and beyond to get ahold of me as my phone service was having trouble and his call couldn't come through. He then texted me to let me know the tire was ready. When I arrived, he was quick to assist me and even had the new tire put on. I am very grateful for the extra assistance as I'm unable to change my tires from my injury. Service was fast, everyone was friendly, talking to me like we had been friends for years. Overall, fantastic experience and service as always. I've been to this location a few times to have tires fixed and replaced, everything has always been great and I won't go to any other place. Thank you very much John
