They did some work on my RZR tires and did not even charge me for it.

The girl at the counter gave us a $20 discount and due to the raining day the shop was not busy, so even though we didn’t have an appointment, our truck was taken right in and the wait was not bad.

Nice to see customer service still exists. John at the Lake Havasu store deserves kudos for making my first time experience one that will keep me as a loyal customer. I will highly recommend Big O in Havasu to those I know. Word of mouth is very powerful!!!!
