Great crew and personalities, will be back!

This was my first time getting my tires changed and I was very anxious about it, but I walked in and was greeted with great customer service and friendliness, nor was I pressured to buy anything more than I wanted and I was given a great deal. The woman who helped me was very knowledgeable and happily answered all my questions. The service was quick and she let me know exactly how the warranty works. I will go back again when I need an oil change!

I got in for a tire rotation and only waited a few minutes to get in with no appointment.

I have been a customer for 6 years, 3 vehicles. The staff has always treated me very professional. I am an older, retired woman, and I appreciate the way I'm treated. Never feel like I am being taken advantage of. I must admit that a few people suggest I go elsewhere, but I guess I'm just a loyal customer plan staying one! Thank you .

Overall product knowledge and customer service

The guys were so helpful, and understanding.They got my vehicle right in... up on the lift and checked out. When they found out what was wrong , showed and explained all to me, got the" ok " from me...took me to work ... fixed my vehicle... picked me up from work... got me on my way. They are just plain AWESOME!!

I had some 20 year old tires on mag wheels and the tires were so old that couldn't get the same. Chris showed me some Big O tires that were very close and better looking and better treads for my car. So fast in getting them and to have them mounted i was very satisfied and pleased to do business. They will look wonderful on my 67 Ford Mustang. Thank you very much!
