Todd and his crew at Big O squeezed my truck in for Service knowing I had a busy day scheduled. They provided me with a shuttle ride home, called me when my truck was done, and picked me up to retrieve my vehicle. Now that's super service in my book. Ray Lange

The only issue I have is my credit limit will not support a full purchase of a set of tires. I have paid this credit off a number of times, and I can't understand why my limit will not be increased.

great people , got the 2 new tires pot on the back of our PT cruiser , then we left and noticed a nail in one tire . So i called them and they said get back before all the techs leave and they would fix it for us . Thankful customer Terry
