Sean Peltier has always been amazing. He always lets me know what's going on and keeps me updated. I've some had some major work done with Big O and Sean has always been great to work with.

The wait was not very long. They said they were a little behind but I was expecting to wait longer. the price was extremely competitive with others around town and the customer service, cleanliness of the store and everything else was above standards.

They fixed my flat and found an unused bay with shade for my dog, all at no charge. I will definitely buy my next tires there. They were GREAT.

Due to tire production issue caused by the pandemic, the tire I wanted was very difficult to locate. The agent I spoke with was able to locate and secure 4 tires for my from the manufacturer. I watched the installation process and everything was done as I expected. Proper inflation, reprogramming of TPS, and wheel lugs were torque to correct value. After a short test drive the alignment was verified. Done right the first time, can't get better service than that.

Always treated great when I go to Big O

It was an easy drop off and pick up. They performed a tire rotation for me which I wasn't even thinking about when I brought the car in.

This was my 4th visit to BigO. I needed an oil change before my Xmas trip to San Diego. I came in at 7:30 and after checking in my car was done in less than an hour. I will keep bringing in my two vehicles to get serviced at BigO, Thanks, Happy Holidays

The people we talked to knew a lot about new tires which helped with our purchase. We also had an alignment done and they honored a $25 coupon we had gotten in the mail. They also advised us of a rebate which we took advantage of. And we were able to leave the car there for them to do the work while we went and got lunch and ran some errands.

Took the wife's car in for oil and tire rotation. Also had an oxygen sensor I purchased but couldnt reach to install. Big O guys took Carr of all of it...zip...zip.

Goo service professional friendly

After going to a european car shop and recieving little support we were into Big O to have a headlight replaced, our battery tested and by the way retorque our tires on our Mini Cooper. The attention to detail was exceptional the the service great. Later in the day we had a tire pressure sensor indicating a problem and went back to see if we had a slow leak or something. Again the techs were great and had us on the road in less than ten minutes. Thank you

Efficient speedy friendly knowledgeable

Everything was great! First, they replaced a tire which had a tread separation bump. Then they gave me a discount on the matching tire for the opposite side. So today they repaired a different tire which had a slow leak. So now I'm good to go and very satisfied with Big O Tires!
