I was highly satisfied because I received top notch service. Katie the associate who I dealt with was very professional and took awesome care of my car’s issue. Honestly I don’t think I could’ve gotten any better results. Big O tires in Lake Havasu City Arizona is the best and only place to go for your automotive needs.

I was on vacation in Lake Havasu City and on my way to do some site seeing. The low tire light came on and luckily, Big O was just a block away. The shop was busy and I was told that the wait was over an hour. They gave me a ride back to my hotel and picked me up when the car was ready. There was a nail in the tire and repair was all that was needed. They repaired the tire for no charge! Thanks to the great staff and service, I was back on the road with a huge smile and a greater appreciation of Big O Tire.

I have been using this Big o for many years other shop's have tried to get my business and I believe I get the best price and they are always willing to look at the lower cost and compare to best suit me and that's how it should be great service.
