I have been going to this location for 10 years. I used to know all the office employees, but times have changes and now it is time to get to know the newer employees. Friendly, cooperative, caring and helpful. These are the characteristics I welcome at this lication

David was extremely helpful and stayed in touch throughout the service and tire transaction. Communicated issue found with airbag system well and was extremely responsive to questions.

My only complaint is that they did NOT reset my computer for my oil change and they did not put a new sticker on my windshield for my next oil change. But everything else was good!

Zach and Mike were extremely helpful and professional in assisting my wife and I with the service we needed on our vehicle. I have already recommended this particular shop to others I know. We will return to this shop for future service on our vehicles. Thank you!!!

I always have great service at the Lake Havasu Big 0!! Bruce was very helpful with my most recent service but all the guys are a pleasure to work with. I've been a customer since 2006 and service all my cars through them!

Work was completed in time frame given even though there was no appointment

I went there for a oil change unplanned on Christmas Eve 30 minutes before they closed for the holiday they were all friendly and took my car to get the oil changed as I had to travel
