Work was completed quickly. All good so far.

They ordered the tires I wanted and installed them. They helped me unload and load the old wheels and tires.

David helped me get in and out quickly, I had to take my aunt who has cancer to treatment, he was very understanding and made it happen. Thank you David for your professionalism and great service. He is the kind of employee who makes me want to keep coming back to Big O. I am very happy with my tires that I have had for 2 years. The service I had done was an alignment and they did a great job on that.

Lake Havasu City Big O has the best customer service! I’ve been going here for 19 years. Tried other places. Always , return to Big O. I only go here. It’s like family. No one in Havasu compares to the quality of service I receive. And the knowledge. I trust what they say. The customer service is very kind and respectful. Professional.

Honest people. I expected to pay for some parts that ended up coming with the other parts. They passed the savings on to me even though there was no way I would have known otherwise.
