Service was great. Only work that was needed done, and was under the estimate I was originally given because seals did not need to be replaced. Honest and fair.

the writers remember who you are and talk to you like a friend and not a customer!! the people working in the tire bays listen if you have a concern!!!

I was pleasantly surprised that Big O was able to order and obtain and install the tire as quickly as the local dealership that sold me the car, and happily at a better cost to me.

Serviced my car with van service to and from and then found the problem with my air conditioner, ordered parts and again gave me van service home and back. Cost a lot but got good service.

The overall service , I did want my old tires back, still worth 400 dollars mike said , didn’t get them back , and still paid a disposal fee? What’s up with that ?

Had a tire replacement dropped off with Tommy Daughtry. Told him I wanted the cheapest Tire mounted and balanced. I did not even have to go inside, was in a rush, he took care of it and they called me when my tire was ready. He has always been courteous and professional. Need more employees like him. Great business enjoy talking to the guys there. And Katie has a lot of overall knowledge as well at the sales desk. I'll be back. Thanks for letting me have the opportunity to show my gratification for a job well done.
