Shawn was awesome, I told him I needed winter tires for my truck for an upcoming trip to Oregon. I told him what that state required and he found what I needed. There was no pressure from him to buy a certain brand. He also worked with me on obtaining the Big-O credit card which I used for the purchase of the tires. I highly recommend Big-O Tires.
