I'm disabled and talked to Bruce over the phone. He was very nice and knowledgeable. No surprises or extra costs. Went in for an oil change.It was done when I was told it would be. Wasn't up sold anything else which I appreciate. Price was more than reasonable.

Bought a set of tires. Zach was highly professional, took the time to explain all my options re the right tires for the type of driving we do. He was very concise and thorough and made sure I understood all that I was getting. During my visit Zach continually updated me on the progress. Billy, performing the work, also kept me updated. Very professional, informative, knowledgeable and displayed a truly customer satisfyingly demeanor. Wait time was minimal. This was about the 6th time I've had work performed by Big O, Lake Havasu, AZ. and it has always been a great experience. I always recommend them to friends that are looking for their car to be serviced. I will continue to utilize them for any future needs. Thank you.

I was extremely impressed with the staff. While I was waiting for my vehicle to be serviced, an out of town gentleman with a motorhome came in with a failing alternator and they called around town for him (to at least 10 other shops) until they found someone that could help him the same day. Then they drew him a map to help him get there. Everything in Lake Havasu is notoriously booked out 30 days, the staff really went above and beyond for this person. They were helpful, patient and kind with each person that came in the store.

Everyone was very helpful when I got there. it didn’t take long to get it fixed and I enjoyed having to spend the time talking with other customers.
