They handled my needs in proper order with other customers and they were very nice to provide my dog with water and a treat. All the employees demonstrated a positive and friendly attitude while working in the service bays, except a couple appeared to be "Ogooling a female customer", not cool, especially when it was noticed by another customer waiting with me. Overall Big O is a great place to do business.
