David sensed my panic as we came in to get a replacement tire and it turned out all 4 tires were shot. He found us a great deal and all 4 tires were replaced less than an hour after we dropped the car off! Lifesaver! Was able to make it to work on time! Thanks David!

I needed two tires badly replaced quickly before a trip out of town. An accident occurred in town that knocked power out for many businesses, Big O included. The crew was luckily able to get the worst 2 tires replaced but were unable to complete my service that weekend. Thankfully, the staff in Lake Havasu let me use the new tires to go on my urgent trip, I really appreciated that, couldn't have made it my family reunion without them. Also helped me out with a serious repair on my front axel when I got back. Shout out to Zack at the desk

I’ve never had a bad experience with Big O Tires. This most recent visit was no exception. The associates are very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and efficient. I brought my boat trailer in for new tires and wheel bearings. They completed the job faster than quoted and did a fantastic job. Very satisfied and will always return for this type of service.

Everytime I go to Big O it's generally the cause of a bad day. For example this last time one tire blew, then my spare blew. By the time I got my car there I was tired and super stressed. I had called ahead. They had all 4 tires for my car in stock at a great affordable price. Got my car in right away, switched out the tires and got me back on the road I time for work. All with a great attitude and a smile on their faces. Not the treatment I've come to expect in havasu from a busy buisness. Their politeness and timeliness made my day 100 times better!!

Great service. I was traveling out of town with my daughter, I had a nail in my tire. They squeezed me in. It was very busy. My tire was replaced with a new tire, which was covered under warranty. Very satisfied with their product and service.

I arrived at Big O and there was no wait, they got me started right on time with my appointment.
