i HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH THIS LOCATION FOR 15 YEARS. i have always been dealt with in a timely manner. This last August I needed tires all around. Last week I looked at my tire and saw a nail sticking out. I imediately drove to big O because that is where I had bought the tires. They immediately checked my tire and said it could not be fixed because of the way the nail had gone in. Jennifer then took over and found I had the warranty on the tires, ordered the tire for next day delivery, put my spare on my car and called me the next day to say my tire was ready to be mounted on my car. Your people are always pleasant to deal with, from the grease monkey to the associates.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. The store offers excellent, fast, and professional service.
